The Short Version

This menu collects no personal information about you. There's no sign-up, no account, and no tracking. You can browse the dishes and use the augmented reality view completely anonymously.

The Camera & Augmented Reality

When you tap "View in AR", your phone's browser will ask your permission to use the camera. The camera image is used for one purpose only: to show the dish on your real table, live, on your own device. Nothing from the camera is ever recorded, saved, or sent anywhere. There is no face recognition and no biometric data of any kind. You can decline the camera permission, and you can turn it off again at any time in your browser or phone settings — the rest of the menu still works without it.

Files Saved on Your Device

To make the menu load quickly the next time you visit, your browser saves the menu's own files — the page, fonts, images, and 3D models — on your device. These files contain no personal information and are not used to identify or track you. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.

Hosting & Where Data Goes

The menu is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare briefly handles technical details such as your device's IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. The 3D models are also stored on Cloudflare, and the software that lets you spin and place the dishes is delivered by a public code library (unpkg.com). As with any file your browser downloads, these services may see your IP address only in order to send the files — it is not used to identify or track you.

Cloudflare is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is the approved safeguard for handling data of EU and Cyprus residents. Cloudflare's own privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This menu sets no advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a single security cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site. Because it is essential, no consent banner is required.

Analytics

We do not track individual visitors. The restaurant may see simple anonymous totals — such as how many times the menu was opened — to understand general use. These numbers are not linked to any cookie and cannot be connected to any person.

Your Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018, you have rights over any personal data a service holds about you — including the right to access, correct, or delete it. Because this menu holds no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have a question, please ask the restaurant.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus data protection authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
